In 2019, Lott + Naugle began working with the City of Pembroke on the design of a new City Hall. The one-story, 6,738 square foot facility will be located on a 2.17 acre site along Highway 67 (Main Street) and will include the following features:

• Lobby (featuring a tribute to past mayors of the City)

• Council Meeting Room (seating for 54 with modern A/V technology)​

• Council Chambers Meeting Room

• Utility Clerk Office/Payment Center

• Drive-Thru Utility Payment Window

• 8 Offices for Mayor, City Administrator, City Clerk and Others

• Public and Staff Support Spaces

• Records Vault, Workroom, Breakroom

• Emergency Generator Connection

In addition to the new City Hall, Lott + Naugle provided design services to renovate the existing City Hall for a new police headquarters as well as renovations to the existing fire station.
